Intergers are used in everyday life like if you wake up at 6:00 am or if you pay 20$ for gas or what size shoe you put on each morning or how many pets you have or how many things you pack for lunch

Thank you so much for that wonderful answer. See I'm doing a project in my math class on how integers are used in banking, and your answer really helped me a lot. Thank you! -Jocelyn C

Each day we use integers in our daily life's without realizing it. One way we put it to use would be the measuring below or above sea level. For example Mount Everest would be a positive integer because it is above sea level and the Mariana Trench would be a negative integer because it is below sea level. There's plenty more examples of how we use integers in this world but this is my explanation of integers.

Integers are used in the real world in history for BC years being negatives and AD years being positives. Also in science integers are used to measure temperature and sea level. Integers can be used in monetary value to measure how much money you pay or earn or lose.

Iintegers in real life like how much some thing is, how much battery life is on your phone, the time it is, and measuring something.

I think Integers are used in the real world when we go to the bank to see if we have a balanced account positive or negative amount. Another way we use integers in the real word is when we explain how much money we have when the casher counts back change. I think that because when we go to the bank we either have a positive amount or a negative amount. When the casher count you change back you need to know if you get a positive or negative amount back. Those are some ways I think that integers are used in the real world. ;)

Integers are whole numbers that can be positive or negative, decimal (as long as the #'s behind the decimal point are all zero).Integers can be used any where time, shopping, and many more. For example when you go out and shop there you see some cute pants for $20.95, that number isn't an integer because the number after the decimal point are 9 and 5 not zero which leaves numbers over and integers are pretty much constants (a # without a variable) which means that you might be left with a variable which would make it a coefficient.Integers are used everyday in so many ways.

Excellent job describing how certain monetary amounts are not integers. : )

Integers are in everyday life. Like looking at a watch or measuring with a measuring cup to make a cake or in money. You use integers without even knowing that your using them. You could use integers to open up a lock at school or you could uses integers measuring a room. so in everyday life you do use integers. I know I use them so them that makes me know you use them to.

Integers are used in everyday life such as in; Speed limits, buying food or clothes, measuring how much of each ingredient to put into your meal, and especially any form of math such as in engineers and architects.

Integers are used/represented in our everyday lives when someone takes measurements for cooking. For example when someone takes a cup of butter or 3 cups of sugar that is when integers are useed in real life. But when someone tries to take 1 1/4 cups of butter or 2 3/8 cups of sugar that's when measurements are no longer integers.

Great real -life example using measuring cups describe how measuring cups contain integers and non-integers

Integers are used everyday in the real world. We use intergers when cooking EX. 2 cups of flour. But we also use intergers other ways to, such as measuring sea level. We use intergers when paying for something EX. a drink costs $3 and you pay with a $5 bill, you will get $2 back.

Integers are represented in real life using elevation (Above and below sea level) and also with money. Ex. You park in a handicapped spot (Assuming you not handicapped) and have to pay a $250 dollar fine. You pay with 3 $100 bills ($300) and the police officer gives you $50 back.

Integers are represented in real life by money. Example; you have $20 and you owe your friend $50. So you would create a tab of $30.

Integers are used in real life with, money, shoe size, cooking portions (sometimes), and many other things. For example: if you go to the store and spend $78, 78 is the represented integer

Integers are used in everyday life like when you have to get gas and it is $50.00 Thats a integer but if it is $50.02 it is not a integer anymore. Or if you have to wake up at 6:00 thats an integer. Also your shoe size if it is a whole number and not a half. Ex 8 not 8.5. 8 is an integer but 8.5 isn't

Integers are used in our everyday lives. We use integers at the bank, mall, store, etc. Integers are also used in science and social studies to help people figure out problems. Integers also can be used well in mathematics da, but i think they are still very important. So I think integers are pretty useful in our daily lives.

Integers are used in business for money purposes. For example in money if you are buying something for your company or selling something you need to make sure you have paid the right amount money or you got the right amount you get for the product.

Integers are represented in real life like in a store for example.like in a store when you buy things. for example when you take something that is free. that is a integer because its a whole number. so thats how they are represented in the real world but theres also many other examples to.

Integers are used in a lot of different way in the world. For example the are used in money to represent how much money you owe, need to pay, and discounts. they are also used to keep score in games. they are used alot in science such as E=MC^2 which is a formula to find the energy in a object which would contain integers when you plugged in the numbers. There are many other ways as well to use integers in the real world these are just a couple.

Some people get allowance. if you get $5.00 a week for 3 weeks you would want to know how much you are going to get.

Integers are used all the time in everyday life. Whenever you have or owe something, it's a representation of intergers. For example, if you had 7 apples, that would be integers in real life. Or, if you owed someone $5, that would also be integers.
