Never mind about that, it's just that there's 2 right angles in an hour which makes 24x2=48

it is 48 it makes a right angle twice a hour and there are 24 hours in a day so you just multiply 24 by 2

I think 48 because in every hour it creates two right angles and their are 24 hours.

I think that a clock forms a right angle 24 times a day. This is because there is 12 for the first 12 hours. However, there is also 12 more same hours, making the total of 24 times. The right angles can be formed when the hour hand is on the hour, and the minute hand is 15 minutes before that hour.

I now think there is 48 times in a day, because there is 2 angles per hour.

The minute hand makes one full 360 rotation every hour, and so it passes through all of the angles, including 90 degrees and 270 degrees every hour. Both 90 and 270 degrees are right angles. Since there are 24 hours in a day, that would be 48 right angles.

There are 2 right angles each hour and there are 24 hours in a day so you multiply 24 by 2 and its 48. There are 48 times, in a day, that the clock had a right angle.

I think it is 48 times in a day because 90 degrees and 270 degrees are 2 angles but that's in one hour so you multiply that times 24.

48 because there are two right angles each hour and there are 24 hours in a day so you multiple 24 by 24 and it I should 48.

48 times because each number makes 2 different ones and times that by twelve then by two for a whole day and you get 48
